Gaining perspective when the situation demands it.
Not all situations require regular support. However, some periods bring about several successive decisions or problems.
The Reflection Unit allows you to have, for several months, a confidential space to call upon when you feel the need to confront a situation before making a decision.
Management, recruitment, negotiation, strategy, conflict, development, reorganization or sensitive decision: you use your appointments when they are truly useful to you.
